Today is Thursday Thursday Ice-cream
I am soo freaking happy. It is almost FRIDAY. I LOVE friday's. But then I get pissed because I know that I have to wake up early and go back to work on MONDAY. I sure hope you guys like my honesty because I am an honest persone but I am trying to be an nice about it as I can. Well anyway. Tmorrow is my last day with my schedal which I am pretty happy about because I like change and I have been doing the same thing for the last 4 weeks. I am starting to feel like this job is like school minus hte crazy funny kids and the loud bad kids. I miss all the noise. But in Gov docs people talk and that makes me feel more comfortable. I like to hear people talking and walking around. Silence bothers me when I am in a talking mood. And I CANNOT stay quite for 7 hours out of my day. Uggg college is about to start and that means MORE homework. I feel like afer this job I need another summer to relax and do all that hanging out and having fun that I am not getting to do now because I have to get up early in the morning adn work. But one thing good that happened today is we had the web course and I had fun with that today. Well thats all for today thats one blog down 2 to go. :) Love Peace adn Hair Grease...~>@ndee<~

I hope Ice Cream was on your schedule last week....I look forward to reading your Blogs and now that I am in my new position, I don't often see you guys that much........Be blessed and less stress today and always...
I am so glad that you all blog. It really helps track your progress and growth.
I struggled with BALANCING being Brutally Honest with Being Nice. My mentor used to complain that I had NO TACT! Ha! But that is why this program is so important, it is an introduction to the real world with all its NEGATIVES, in an effort to help you learn how to SUCCEED in any situation, whether you are bored or not.
I studied those people I admire and try to imitate the manner in which they still speak TRUTH to POWER but in the most respectful and kind manner. That helps people not be defensive and actually hear the honest message being transmitted.
I am so pleased at how you all have grown and handled the obstacles this summer.
Keep sharing that beautiful smile with the world.
